Here we have the "Grid method" of multiplying.

If you are multiplying 47 by 68 you simply put 40 then 07 in the across squares and 60 and 08 in the down squares. Then add them up.

You can also multiply numbers & decimals so don't forget to put your decimal point in.

Multiply 27.3 by 6

You can split numbers in different ways - 34 X59

Or you can do it this way - Multiply by 60 then take one multiplication away.
